Corzano and Paterno
Our cheeses have been created by hand since 1992 using only the milk of our Sardinian sheep. The milk is processed in the dairy next to Casa Corzano and in the cellar, while the sheep graze in the surrounding fields on the Paterno hill. After years of trials and experiments, we now produce more than 15 types of cheeses supplied to prestigious stores and restaurants in Florence and the surrounding area.

Antico Frantoio Doglia
The green hills of Impruneta, a stone’s throw from Florence, have always been devoted to the cultivation of olive trees and it is here, in this idyllic landscape, that the Antico Frantoio Doglia oil mill is nestled. The oil mill is located in an old farmhouse, formerly owned by the Marquises Carrega. Even today, extra virgin olive oil is still produced here, but the old millstones have given way to modern machines that guarantee a product of the highest quality.
